Venue and Arrival 

The conference is taking place in Jaarbeurs Utrecht – a conference centre a few walking minutes away from the central railway station of Utrecht (Utrecht Centraal) and the Utrecht city centre, in the vicinity of numerous hotels:

Supernova
The event is taking place within the Supernova space in the Jaarbeurs convention center. Supernova is on the first floor of the Jaarbeurs, reachable by escalator and elevator.

The Summer school on plasma medicine and the International conference on plasma medicine (ICPM9) will be announced on the screens at the entrance to the Jaarbeurs.

Schiphol (Amsterdam airport) is the closest airport to the venue.
Trains departing from Schiphol Airport can take you to Utrecht Centraal in less than 30 minutes by direct train connection which depart nearly every 10 minutes.

Tickets for the train can be purchased at terminals inside the airport. In addition, you can plan your travel through this website.

After arriving at Utrecht Centraal Train Station
You can reach Jaarbeurs Utrecht by following the signs inside the train station. The conference is held in Supernova conference and event rooms (see map) which can be found in the Event & Exhibition Center, above the halls. When you enter the main hall, you will find escalators and an elevator on the left. Use either the escalators or elevator to get to Supernova, where you will be welcomed at the registration desk.
